NTT Volkswagen Kimberley - Stay away

I am struggling with VW since August 2018. Luckily NTT took over and it seemed as if there was light in the tunnel, but I was wrong. My vehicle has been standing at NNT Kimberley since 6 March 2019 where I was told that they will assist with another vehicle after my vehicle was involved in an accident in their workshop and my roof is full of dents due to sunroof repairs. Since then there are allot of excusses when I choose a vehicle as discussed with the dealer principle Paul Kock. I feel as a client this is very unfair for I pay for a vehicle that is their possesion without any real assistance, rather allot of excuses. Its going for four months now and still waiting. The service is pathetic and to be honest, I as a client feel very unfairly treated. I therefore laid a formal complaint at the consumer court for there was an expectation set which has never been met.
