Ntt Volkswagen Heidelberg

I am a client with MFC and had purchased a second hand vehicle with Ntt VW Heidelberg in November 2018.

They have always been doing my services, as well as other problems that occurred.

I have a major problem this time... This would not be my first time to complain but my fourth. The problem which occurs is loss of power.. The car switches off completely while driving and resets time and kilometers done. The lights, hazard, indicators, alarm system and radio all affected by this. At times it dies completely and does not want to start.

The first time I experienced this problem I had taken the vehicle to them, they said it was the earth wire, but never replaced it.

The second time, they said there was "White rust" inside the fuse box and they had cleaned it out.

The third time, they said they sent the vehicle to another auto electrician, as their diagnostics could not pick up the problem. And the feedback they got was that the wires running from the fuse box behind the engine was not making proper connection and that he had fixed it yet the problem still persist.

I had been there personally on the 13th February 2020 for the same problem and ever since I have still been in communication with them regarding this matter. I call them now and again to find out when they will be able to assist me again but to no avail. I had called them on the 15th of this month and spoke to Lebo. She took down my details to call me back after she had spoken to Chris, the workshop manager. I haven't received a call back from her.

Today, the 17/06/20 I called them again. Spoke to Chris but he was not in office. I explained him the situation again and asked if Renier had not spoken to him, he rep**** no one told him anything. I then called Renier, he books the cars in for Service, and spoke to him, he said that he was waiting for Chris to get back to him. I told him I had just spoken to Chris and he knows nothing about the situation.

24th June 2020 the car lost power completely and didn't want to start. It was only me and my daughter and my sister alone at night and that happens. What if something bad had happened to us?

My only concern is for my family. If it's an electrical problem, could the vehicle not set alight and burn out. This thought drains me mentally.
