NTT Toyota Louis Trichardt's Extremely Bad Treatment

My name is Kwena. I bought a a vehicle(2019 Nissan NP200) at NTT Toyota Louis Trichardt for R165k which was only 34 000km from Lebo(sales executive) and Antoinne(sales manager). I believed that the car will be as good as new as it is still at a very low mileage, Just 2 weeks after driving the car, it started to give me problems with the steering wheel. I took the car to NIssan and they indicated that the issue is very serious and can cause damage to the engine. I believe they sold me an un-roadworthy vehicle.

They still owe me a triangle reflector, tow hook, car manual and service book/warranty docs, car reg docs. I have been chasing them but they seem not to care, and taking their time while I am stressed out. I can't even process warranty claim because it seems like the car never went for service before. Now it looks like I will have to pay the repair costs just after 12 days of a buying car. The situation has negatively affected and disturbed me. I wouldn't encourage people to go buy cars at NTT Toyota Louis Trichardt, because they sell rusty and unroadworthy vehicles and do not care about customers, for them is about increasing sales volume.
