NTT Suzuki Absolutely Pathetic

Disappointed in NNT Suzuki. When you buy a new car from the everyone is happy to help you but as soon as the car is yours its your problem. I have a problem with the licence disk on my vehicle not being the same as the registration papers i have, only to find out the vehicle was never properly registered or put through roadworthy test, which they charged me R1000 for and R2500 "Delivery Fee" for a car i collected, now trying to sort the problem No One knows anything, no one gets back to me and branch manager not even taking my calls. I cannot recommend there after sale service, absolutely pathetic
