NTT STELLENBOSCH/VWSA???

Bought a new Golf 7 about two weeks ago.Every time i drive over a speedbump or hit an uneven patch of road,i hear a snap noise coming from the front wheel.This after two weeks of having this so called "new car".I've been charged for pre-inspection(this is before they release the car)so,why did they not pick-up this problem??For what was i actually charged for??This is a big no,no,i mean two weeks??I'm taking this car in today,if not resolved or corrected,i'm taking further steps.
