NTT service caused Airbags burst

I will try to be as precise as possible.

I bought a brand new 2024 VW in January and recently went for its 1st service. The following day after the service my airbags just burst without a crash and I immediately informed VW within 24 Hours of the matter. VW doesn’t want to account and has identified a dent at the bottom of the car and has deemed that to be the reason to the airbags burst. They have only advised to assist me with an insurance claim and my insurance has already indicated their inabilities to assist as this is not an accident nor theft related issue.
