NTT NISSAN POTCHEFSTROOM BREAK THE LAW FOR PROFIT

Deon Lock my sales manager said on 10/04/2019 that if i put a holding deposit on a chevrolet utility using reference number , then it will be blocked from sale till I come view it. Deon communicated on Thursday 11/04/2019 that some one else was commited to buying the same car and willing to spend more. I did not think this is a problem because I had a holding deposit in place and proof of payment. Deon then called on the thursday 11/04/2019 to communicate that if I dont sign on for approval that day the car will be sold much to my disappointment because I was promised that it was locked from being sold because of my holding deposit. On friday 12/04/2019 I called him quite a few times and when I got hold of him he communicated that he fought for me so that I can get the car held by my deposit but the business overrode this rule and sold to the higher price buyer to serve their own interests despite the promise made to me as the consumer. So essentially it’s more profitable for them to break their “holding deposit” rule if someone just offers more money. It seems very unfair and it was described to me that if I put in a holding deposit then they will be blocked from selling it to someone else. I called again around 3 in the afternoon and Deon confirmed the car was sold cash to the higher bidding buyer and the promise to me he was sorry for and he advised that I complain to Charl Claassen. But, the car is sold. That is why I am reviewing this company badly. Consumers must be protected and when a business makes a promise and I pay in accordance to that, then I must get what was promised and I am pursuing the matter for them to not only sell me the car they promised in the condition advertised but to also give Deon the commission he was supposed to get. The deposit that was paid as well as all the work hours of my private banking team the insurance team, all the insurance brokers my time spent at work gaining vehicle finance documents, bank charges, airtime spent, as well as commission lost from the use of the car I was approved for in vehicle finance and insurance and could have picked up 13/04/2019. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE, AS A BUSINESS THEY **** TO ME AS A CONSUMER FOR PROFIT AND MADE ME BELIEVE THE CAR WAS BLOCKED FROM PURCHASE TILL I DECIDED. Further a stronger law to ensure that dealerships keep to their promise and they are not above the law.
