NTT Nissan Newcastle service department

My vehicle went in for service on the 5th December 2024. The vehicle was returned to me without an invoice and without my service book.( vehicle has a service plan) After numerous requests my service book is yet to be found and returned to me. The *********** manager asked that I come in and look for my book among the many books they have in their possession ! It obviously was not there Two visits later to the branch and I have received no explanation, no follow up, nor my service book from them. It makes me wonder if my service was actually done.
