NTT LOANS

The NTT LOANS DURBAN

The company debited my bank account for the amount of R680 without my mandate. The debit order took place on the 4th of November , I went to the bank to find out who took my money and i was told its NTT LOANS. I made a call to get a solution on my debit order and i was not assisted and i send several emails to say they must call me as to discuss the matter it was unsuccessful.

Please assist in getting my R680 paid back to my account.
