NTT IZUZU TZANEEN Service is very bad

Hi I have a huge complaint with this company I bought a Tiquan 2015 model that had problems not once but twice

The manage there by the name of Johan he is not coming to the party as i don’t want the car anymore a week or less after trading in the car had problems like engine problems it came back I drove it for 2 weeks or less gave more engine problems the car was in for almost a month no 1 gives feedback I must literally beg for service then they start telling me about shortfalls and what no and asked me to give them 30 days for the whole 30 days no 1 gave me feedback I must ask 1st now am stuck with a car that I can’t even drive far with because am scared when you call the dealer and ask to talk to Johan or Marco I never get hold of them or they will promise to call you and not call you back.
