NTT Honda Newcastle

Last year december i bought a car from NTT Honda in newcastle. Sales consultant called Madela assisted in what seemed to be a smooth process. My insurance was offering me a tracking device on my policy so i explicitly advised Madela that i wouldnt need a tracker. To my surprice, i stated getting debit orders from Cartrack. I called them advising that i didnt ask for their service. Months later they started threatening me with legal action. I referred the matter to the motor ombuds but still no resolution. Seems like a shady way of doing business by the dealership and cartrack. They use electronic signatures and then try copying them to their ******* business partner cartrack.... Very poor service and shady business operandum
