NTT Bloemfontein worst vehicle purchase

I purchased a vehicle from NTT Bloemfontein in July 2018 and received the worst after sales service I have ever experienced. Only received my registration papers after the temporary license expired and only received my spare keys and service book 5 months after the sale. I am still batteling to resolve outstanding issues and am now just being ignored by the salesman. The salesman also failed to mention that the vehicle was in an accident.
