No integrity, Bad service and selfish

on 23 July 2024 I contacted NTT motor Bloemfontein looking for any color Baleno except white and silver I also wanted the car to have leather seats with a specific color. on the 24 July 2024 the bank approved the loan and the dealer promised to deliver the car on Friday but because i wanted the leather seats they said it will be delayed i will receive it on Saturday the car that i signed for was on 19 km the dealer got the car from EC the sales person promised that it will be towed from EC. The dealer charged an amount of R15k for the leather of which it was said one of their supplier will source the fabric of Cape town but the dealer didnt disclose that it will not be a real leather which is more cheaper than the 15k they charged. i asked the car to be delivered as it is, On Friday the dealer said he will deliver on Monday, On Monday i was told it will be Wednesday. On Wednsday morning I was conctacted to sign and a new contract when without and explanation from the sales person that the car I initially signed for was sold they are changing it and they have also driven the car from EC to Bloemfontein it is now at 400 km and it will also be driven to where i am which is another 400 km - when i refused the manager promised to compensate me with R2000 which i refused and also refused to sign the deal. One of the Financial officers promised me another car which is a Fronx they only had it in white and grey - the team assured me that the grey on is actually Bluish which is the case in online pictures. When the carc arrived it was very silver, The next morning i raised my concerns with the dealer and asked they exchanged the car to the color of my choice. i was told that i need to trade in for them to change it even when they **** to me.
