NEW TYRE WORN-OUT IN 15000 KM

I have bought a new Honda Crv 2022 model @ R689 000,00 and with the new tyres of cause new car, not knowing after I experienced worn-out tyres from my first 15000 service. I only used for private use and reported the matter to NTT HONDA NEWCASTLE and to HONDA SOUTH AFRICA but no help or take the car for inspection by the tyre experts nothing all, until I used my cost took the car to DUNLOP TYRE CENTRE for their advice and told that's got 65000 km traveled to both rear tyres. Even the service pictured shows worn-out tyres based on the 15000 km. I want NTT HONDA NEWCASTLE and HONDA SOUTH AFRICA to replace my car tryes, why they refuse to take the car for inspection by tyre dealership.
