Magnificent services

I had the best experience ever at NTT VW KRUGERSDORP. I was called by a very professional and nice gentleman Oliver Mutimbwa who went out of his way to assist me. He called me Friday morning at 9am to ask about a sales opportunity as if he knew I was looking for a new car but I was confused and unsure. He asked me to come see him. Upon my arrival he showed me what he can offer within my budget and he made the experience very pleasant by offering me something warm to fight the cold and he even offered to wash my exiting car as it was beyond dirty when they did an offer estimate for me. He explained the car and what it has to offer and he allowed me to take a test drive and what a gentleman he was he allowed to drive the car where I want and how I want. The finance application process was explained and he made sure I understoodbefore moving on. The same day around 2 pm I got confirmation that my finance was approved and I went to sign both Oliver and Ursilla Kruger was very helpful with the finance application and process The very next day I went collect my car ? all ready and shining Oliver even went out of his way to introduce me to the team and management before I leave to ensure all my needs will be met in the future.I want to thank Oliver and Ursilla for their magnificent services . I will definitely rant and rave about the two of you in the near future. Services by VW NTT Krugersdorp was excellent and exceed my expectations well done team.
