Incorrect advertising and rude manager

I bought a car NP200 from NTT Isuzu in Tzaneen from Pollie Smit the car was advertised for 105000Km how ever when I got the car it had 134500 on the clock so when I asked about it they illustrated the credited me with R10000 which I do not believe because the contract did not say that so the car has got mechanical issues and other small faults so since the 9th of June NTT groblersdal has been saying the will fix my issue up to date and also I was transfered to the Manager Johan Van Herdern or something honestly that guy has no regard for black people he is rude and says he will call and never calls back I got frustrated and now I want to return the car which he is also refusing and I also illustrated I will pay Penalties but he keeps making promises he has no regards for customer service only the business I was considering refinancing another car with them but after the conversation I had with him I want to cancel everything with them
