Ill treatment

Car delivered with dents, horrible paint work, no spare wheel and jack, they are refusing to cancel the deal. Ntt vw worcester is horrible, no respect for consumer rights. I sent them numerous mails but no response yet, I told to either cancel the deal altogether or let me make a choice on the cars they without paying a cent more
