Horrible Experience

Had a horrible experience at NTT East London. First they ordered a part for my car and I waited for over 6 weeks until I decided to call and follow up and they told me they forgot to call me and the part was used for another car and I had to wait again for them to place another. When it arrived I went there spent the whole day only to be told that ma car can’t be fixed they missed something last time. Till today I haven’t been assisted.
