Failure to remove personal information from data base

I gave my personal number as a contact for a work related matter and are now constantly harassed by this dealership with promotions and inquiries as to my wanting to 'trade in my car' - which isn't even mine!

I have asked numerous times that they take my number off their system, stop calling/smsing me and even sent email to the manager, no luck. Communication is also addressed to 'Mr' - they couldn't even get that right...

Luckily the POPI act is on its way.
