Failure to disclosure vehicle was in an accident and not road worthy

Good afternoon Sir Trust you and your family are well. My name is Shailin chetty and I have purchased a vw polo gti 1.8 dsg 2016 model from you guys Ntt vw east London on the 24th of December 2020 and received delivery of the vehicle in Durban by sales man Sibu. I purchased the vehicle for R260000. A week later we had abit of rain and noticed there was a(1) leak in the vehicle under the cuby leaking down through under front passenger side seat I then informed sibu and Ryan via telephonic and WhatsApp on the 5th of Jan 2021 after closer of festive season holiday. Sibu then advise I should take it to through to a vw which I did Weiss Vw Durban ***. Apon feed back they said there could be a possibility that it is the windscreen which they have noticed isn't original and said the vehicle needed more time to do further checks.(2) a few weeks later I then received a spare key which wasn't working which then again I informed sibu and Ryan of this I was told it the battery but those checks was done an the key actually needed recoding which I then had to go back to vw weiss. (3) A week later I then felt abit of vibration on the steering wheel which I then took the car for balancing and alignment and was told on of the rims was buckled that I haven't informed because I would not mind sorting. (4)a week or so later I noticed the vehicle indicating it needs coolant which I filled but then keep happening I then informed sibu again and he informed Ryan then I took once again to vw and they said theres a leak in the radiator which needs to be replaced.i then had to wait for part to be ordered and the take the vehicle back for the repair.(5) while using the vehicle there after I started to notice and a knocking noise coming from the left passenger front side evertime I turn the vehicle to the right. I then informed sibu and Ryan of this I also sent through all videos of the problems of the car.(6) I now then book the vehicle back again at weiss vw and they did a full on check and also noticed why I have been coming so often to the dealership every 2/3weeks and they informed me today that the vehicle has diffinitely been in a major accident which I clearly wasn't informed about failure of disclosure then have noticed the {1} the paint work is completely off {2}the headlight mounting brackets are cracked on both side {3}the sunroof rubber edging is fitted incorrectly {4}the fender housing is tearing. {5} and theres much more to follow I have requested the service advisor Mukesh at weiss vw Durban to give a full report of this.

Basically I have been running around in my own time taking away time from my family getting unpaid from work to sort this out. Most importantly I have two small kids a 1year and 6year old which I drop off every day to school and chreche and this is a clear indication of unsafety for my kids using a vehicle that doesn't seem to be road worthy I am completely unhappy with this vehicle and I request a full refund as I do not want this vehicle I am currently an essential worker in the Healthcare field servicing the public with medication and I need a reliable vehicle asap as I cannot be without one. I have bought more than 10 vw vehicles over the years and been servicing my vehicles with vw which tells you my financial contribution to the group and my loyalty and support. I hope you can understand my concerns and the distress I am going through all I wanted was a decent and reliable vehicle but instead it's the opposite.

What I have been doing running around with the vehicle isn't fair on my side.

Thank you for taking the time in reading this and hope to hear from you soon.
