Extremely frustrated

I'm extremely unhappy with vw King Williams Town. Took my car in for service and a month later my car popped up some warning signs when I checked the oil cap is not there, the oil had splashed out. Took the car back and they told me they will fix it and later on I went to take it. Today my car did not start. Now what?
