Extremely bad service

Good day My sister bought a used car at ntt suzuki Bloemfontein on the 28 of june 2022 for business purpose and she was assisted by the guy by the name of Nkululeko Mata, this guy and his manager are unreliable. The problem is they recieved money from the bank but they don't want to send documents so that they can serve it purpose and now the bank want their installment, when ever we call them they don't answer our call and when we call the office they forever unavailable, this is a clear indication that ntt Bloemfontein is hiring *********** stuff and both this none of them wants to take accountability and now consumer has to suffer due to their ***********s. Is it possible to return and they refund the bank their money because this is a clear indication that Ntt suzuki Bloemfontein is only after profit not customer service
