Excellent and most efficient service when in trouble from NTT VW Worcester Workshop (Johan and team)

I had a huge problem with my car breaking in the middle of me needing to transport my Mom from the hospital. Johan, the workshop Manager at VW Worcester was so understanding and helpful, he managed to get the problem fixed within an afternoon which allowed us to carry on with our 1 hour trip from the hospital. The staff at VW Worcester are extremely efficient, friendly and professional, understanding and price sensitive, they even managed to organise a discount as it was such a bad time in the month for an unexpected expense/breakdown. A big thank you to them and Johan, and I would highly recommend this VW Workshop to everyone. Thanks to Johan and the team.
