ETIOS NEW CAR GIVING PROBLEMS AND PEOPLE LIE

<p>I got a new etios, to start the day I got the car I had to take of from work to collect the car I was charged for service and delivery, then I had to wait more than 2 hours for the salesman to come and get me and took me there and had to drive back after 17:30, but I paid for delivery?? then I got the car, when the sales man phoned to ask if i was happy i said yes but the car is heavy on fuel and there leaks dust and the boot is skew??????? R172000, thw salesman said ok well pop in when i pass there i was like really, after a while i kept complaining to him and nothing happened then I complained to the sales manager, the salesman made to a lair and they where not happy with me as when Toyota sa phoned i said im not happy with this, the salesmanager then said that she did me a favour in the price because my brother in law buys alot from her and she knows i dont have much money (R172000 is not a special price the other toyota garages askes me R160000). then i arranged that my mom took the car in and she and the staff also had words as they also said to her we must remember she did us a favour?????????? then they took the car to the panelbeaters a car that is a month old and told me its because we drive a dirt road of +- 1.2km that is why the boot was skew then they added that i was closing it to hard apparently? the next day they brought me my car withe the bot still skew the salesman took photos and the first thing the sales manager said when he phoned her is did he drive a dirt road? hallo I work in town so no?? the next day I took off from work to get this sorted as this has been going on for awhile, they told me the same thing and i said please dont take me for a fool the car you borrowed me that boot is perfect and it was also on the dirt road and the made me as a lair again that i did not infor the salesman unfortuanatly i did mail him until later to have proof??????? so they took it again to the panelbeaters the car came back with the boot better but not correct and a scratch and the side where I showed the salesmanager and now she makes me as a lair according to her she showed me the scratch??????? I asked them to exhange my car for an aygo and she said it is not a good idea?????? then i said ok give me another etios she then said she can give me a demo model witch is also not the same as my car and it has 15000km on the clock?????????? really????????? at the end i told her im not happy i want my money back and cancel the deal then she did not reply to me so I phoned the DP at the branch and he informed me that I signed the contract and they have to work trough toyota SA and they IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG wil exchange the car, the salesmanager and the service manager said that the car is supposed to give me 16 - 17 km\l im getting 10.8888 but the DP said that 10.8888 is good for that car???????? now who is lying?????????? the specs say 6l per 100km that works out on about 750km on a tank of petrol now im getting between 490 and 512 on a tank??????????????????? there is so many things i didnt mention as there is not enough space on here but this is the basics. I feel they are bullies and they make me as a lair as they repeatedly said they are doing me a favour?????????? i want the deal cancelled</p>
