Empty promises

At the end of August I bought a 2014 polo at Ntt Volkswagen in Paarl. The sales person name was Cecil. After the deal was signed and just before I took delivery of the vehicle Cecil told me that Volkswagen SA would contact me for a survey of the service I received from then. He explained to me if I give them 10 points because they work on a scale of 1 to 10 points he would give me a r500 petrol voucher. So they phoned and I gave them the 10 points they wanted. After a month I discovered that the vehicle is wet inside so I took it in for repairs. I spoke to Cecil again and he told me he hope I didn't tell VW SA about the problem because then they will not score the 10 points they needed. Since then I phoned them regularly regarding the petrol voucher and every time they have an excuse. I spoke to the branch manager also and every time they told me they will come back to me within 30 min or that same day. But they never phone me back till the next time then it's the same excuses again. It's now 3 months later and still nothing. I mean if they don't want to give me the voucher just say no and I will understand but don't promise me that and ask me to lie to VWSA to say I received excellent service ft om them where there is actually no service at all now. They was very quick for me to sign to buy the vehicle but where is the service now? NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.

Reviewer Update

It's been a week now later and was phoned once by the sales person off NTT Volkswagen Paarl. He said he will come back to me with feedback. Phoned them myself today and now the sales person Cecill is of sick. Ask to speak to the Branch Manager Neil. He is always to busy to phone me back. People please stay away from NTT Volkswagen in Paarl. They don't know what is customer service at all.
