Dissatisfied customer

I complained to Nissan Bloemfontein NTT group and was told to send through a quote for a battery so they can replace, so I was told to go to the battery center and they will pay as I arrived at the battery center I called the dealer and was told to re submit the quote which I already did.

I still don't have the battery and I'm struggling daily with what I call a new car which I bought from them with a s**** battery I'm so disappointed
