Dishonesty and poor service

<p>I bought a 2014 VW POLO TSI Highline from Ria Rossouw at NTT Krugersdorp in September 2016. After I drove off, I noticed that the brake pads are done and when I app**** the brakes it was steel on steel. They sold a car to me that was not roadworthy but they produced a paper that stated that a 80 point check was done on the vehicle. I paid R2 000 for new brake pads. And one of the wheels had a slow puncture.</p> <p>About a month later I got stuck on the M1 Bypass highway with a flat tyre and was stranded for two hours because there was no wheel spanner in the boot. I wonder how the vehicle passed the inspections?</p> <p>I also noticed that two of the front grills were damaged and they only ordered one, for which I waited about 4 weeks. I am still waiting for the other grill.</p> <p>I ordered a spare key for the vehicle after mine got ****** and paid the full amount for the key and the coding of the key. I asked Ria to please let me know when I can come fit the bumper and collect the spare key at the same time as I reside in Westonaria and I have to travel 40KM to Krugersdorp. Ria notified me that I can come to the dealership for the grills and the keys. When I got there they only had one of the grills and they could not do the coding of the key. Ria clearly **** to me by telling me that I can come for the grills and the key.</p> <p>Then Ria sent me a fine that they received while I was driving the car but the fine was sent to me on the date which the fine had to be paid (I must receive the infringement notice within 30 days of the infringement and it must be via registered mail). I told them that it is an ******* fine as it was not delivered by registered mail, but now they refuse to supply me with the grill and code my key for which I had already paid until I pay the fine. Ria said that is what she and Freddy Mertz agreed upon.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service I had ever recieved from a car dealership in terms of dishonesty and no regard for customer satisfaction. They are *********ing me now for the (*******) fine with something I have already paid for.</p>
