Disgusting customer service

I never saw the horrible service like this before, I, bought a car from NTT Volkswagen WORCESTER, yeses, this is bad service, Car firstly delivered withouth spare Key, I had to make effort and drive from cape Town to Worcester to get a key, the wheel is damaged, I keep on pumping the wheel, I pointed the problems to them buy they are not willing to fix them, they said they'll put a tracker and also charged me for it, and when I called tracker company I discovered that there is no tracker in my car, I still made effort to install tracker, we are going to a second week now the car is still registered under the previous owners name, when I call them they making fun with me, even the principal oversear of the dealer could not take me serious, they also promised cash back, but hey everyday is a story...

I will never make a business with them, I do not recommend even my worst enemy to buy a car from this people.
