Disgusted!

I am disgusted at the treatment I've received from dealership manager, Darren, at NTT VW King William's Town. During lockdown I was residing in King and had battery problems. Due to restrictions, I could only use that dealership for warranty replacement. I'm an essential services provider so as soon as L5 restrictions were lifted, I relocated. They couldn't at the time load the battery onto their system, I don't know why. And I needed my car back so we made an arrangement that I would go back to the dealership over the weekend. I did and the problem had not been resolved. After months of trying to get a resolution as I no longer lived in King, he made an arrangement for a driver to come and pick my vehicle up, yesterday. I received my car at reserve tank. I had no plans to travel to King till month end. I am utterly disgusted to say the least!
