deceiving clients

I took my car for a service at NTT VW Krugersdorp on 27/03/2018., Iasks them that they should check out my car cause I hear funny noises when I hit my brakes the sales lady promised me that they thoroughly check all vehicles so that gave me peace of mind. on that very same day Micheal the workshop manager delivered my car so I asks him if my brakes is fine and he said yes its probalby just dust once again I believed them, Ive been driving my car but the sound doesnt gets better so I asks the mechanic at work just to check is everything is in order he came back saying that Im driving metal on metal. I phoned Micheal Iand I told him what he told me and what my situation is right know then he told me that Debbie (whom Ive never spoked to) said that she phoned me and that I declined the quotation which is a blatant lie. I phoned Debby Senekal and confronted her and all she can say is sjoe I dont know what to say im really sorry?? like really??? how can ythey keep such a vital piece of information from me??? what if I was involved in a car accident due to brake failure or something??? not is my life in danger but also the lives of my fellow motorist??? Im a woman and I dont know much about cars that is why I trusted and believed them . Im highy disgusted and dissapointed with their unprofessional and careless behavour towards a customer. I totally lost my trust in them and I will never ever deal with them in future.
