Complaint to pathetic service

Hi!

My name is Thokozani Witness Zondo Id Number ********** 716083, I am an owner and director at TS Suppliers and Sevices.

We recently in September bought a vehicle from NTT GM Ladysmith. My sales Lady was Mrs Pearl Khumalo. The Vehicle is an Isuzu Kb 250 D-teq Fleetside 2013 chasis number ADMNRRCR1C ********** engine number 4JK1KU1476. Since I took delivery of the vehicle there have been endless problems with the vehicle. My 1st problem was the aircon which was not working and I sent the vehicle back and they told me to bring the vehicle the next day to be fixed and I would receive it back the same day I brought it. I took the vehicle as agreed and I lost a day worth of production and on giving them the vehicle I told the manager that the radio of the vehicle was not working which he promised to fix but did not fix. They called me later that day and told me that the vehicle had not been fixed but it was inspected and they found out what was the fault and they ordered the part and I need to fetch it and bring in three days. I fetched the vehicle and found out that the radio was still not fixed and I retuned it in three days of which they fixed the aircon and they took three days to fix the vehicle, that was three days of production lost. I collected the vehicle after three days and drove it for about a week and the vehicle started making rattling noises and I ingnored them for about a week or two but the sounds got worse. I went back to them to report the sounds to Brett the manager and he said I should bring the vehicle for inspection of which I did and they inspected the car and found that the vehicle Head was not tied properly to the body of the vehicle (I do not know correct terms) they said I need to leave the vehicle so they will fix it and I had already lost a days production. I explained to Brett of the time I am losing onsite and he gave me a courtesy vehicle. They fixed it and they called me about two days later saying that the vehicle was ready I went and I collected the vehicle.

Recently when the rains started I discovered that the vehicle roof was leaking. Furthermore on Friday morning the 23rd of December 2016 I was going to a site briefing when driving the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle was not taking gear number 5, and I was late for the briefing and I had to make very late arrangements to ensure that I get to the site briefing. I went to NTT GM to report to Brett the manger that had left and the FNI Mzwandile Nene called him and explained what had happened and he said I should bring the vehicle on the 27th but they were closed when I got there. I went back again today to leave the vehicle but Brett the manager at NTT GM ladysmith to me to bring the vehicle again next year for inspection and he refused for me to leave the vehicle with as I cannot keep or use a faulty vehicle because I do not know what more damage can occur on the vehicle. He said “take your vehicle and bring it next year as the vehicle does not belong to us but it belongs to you and the bank.

I would like to state I am not happy with their pathetic service and most of all with the vehicle they sold me and the only reason I bought the vehicle from them was because I thought that they comply and do the G2 checks but judging from the occurrences and problems with the vehicle they do not. I left the vehicle and keys with the manager and explained to him that I am not happy with the vehicle they sold me and that they need to give another vehicle because this defeats the purpose and it is not good value for my money and time. He said to me he will leave the vehicle where I left it and is not responsible for it. And mind you this is a second vehicle I purchase from the NTT Group and they turn around and treat me like trash.
