Complain

I don't know what to say Cruz... It's my first time to own a car and of which I was happy to own or drive my own car from ntt Bloemfontein. Firstly the service is extremely excellent 100% for my side and everything the guys who helped me with paperwork are also super fantastic.

Guys here is the problem after getting this car from the dealership then on the second day the car started to give me a problem by shaking on the dashboard and I returned to them so they did attend the problem of which was a problem of coil. But now again I'm not even on a two months with this car is already showing me flames starting the same problem by loosing power. So I took it back to report this matter it is also showing me a sign of a service in less than two months. So we were chatting with the manager and I just said to the manager that I suspect the car has a problem maybe it's a plugs. So before that already the manager said to me that he told the sales person that he's not gonna fixed this problem anymore and I'm on my own.

So here is the other story I didn't know car hasn't on a car service plan and now I've been told that I have to take a car to the service by myself and to my thinking that the dealership has already put it on the Parkage.

So first time with sandero but I feel like I regret now. So I managed to find a place were they took a car to be fixed and I managed to ask what's been installed or replaced and the reno service just told me that they did put original second hand coil and of which is not gonna last again. So they also mentioned that they informed the dealership that car need to be taken to the service urgently also need the original original coil.. So now how can I take a car to the service whereby already a car has a mechanical problem. So I don't know it's a badluck or what first time with a car but already I'm loosing..

Sometimes we blame the company for nothing but only to find that the leadership is failing the customers so the manager according to me doesn't wanna negotiate and I think I will take further steps regarding this matter
