Circus at NTT Kia Klerksdorp

This is for NTT Kia Klerksdorp

I sent my car, Kia Carnival, at 102 000kms for a check on the brakes as it was shuddering when breaking.

I asked to check the following:

- Brakes - Wiper blades - insect in the top light - some plastic hanging at the bottom

They don’t give a quote, and say it’s 8200 odd to pay. I send someone to swipe and pay, and the invoicing shows the following:

120 000 Km service (bear in the mind the vehicle is not due for service, and it would be a 105 000km service), nothing for brakes, or wipers or the problems sent.

No quote given before to proceed with work.

I thought things would change since NTT took over from Cargo, but same circus, same ******s. I will need answers on Monday.
