Broken parts not replaced

At NTT Isuzu Tzaneen, I changed brake bats and Fan belt on the 24th of November 2023. The brake bats and Fan belt was having sound then I request them to change them for me and I paid R4778,91 for both of them. In December the brake bats was having sound again, Second week of January I took it back then technician said he didn't hear anything. I have to go back for the second time on the 29th of January and I request technician to drive it without taking it into the workshop but insists to do that, so I'm still having the same problem with my car that the brake bats have sound. So I'm not happy with their level of service because I have to take it back for twice without any help. My assumption is that I think they might have not changed the brake bats because they didn't give me the old one, in 2022 they chaged it and gave me the old one to leave with it. I don't think I will have to use their services in future I rather go to Polokwane for service because my car is still having the same issue with brake bats with sound.
