Badly Resprayed Quality Preowned Car.

Buyer beware when buying used from NTT. I purchased a Toyota Corolla Quest 2021 with 42,000km on it. The car had been badly resprayed with spray over, which covered the black trim of the vehicle. I returned the car and asked the manager to replace it. They willingly replaced the car with another one that was also badly resprayed, and this time it didn't come with a spare key. Now, after three months, I'm still struggling to have them replace the car or fix the spray paint issues. I simply want the car to be replaced, but they want to respray it. It appears that most of their secondhand models have been resprayed or have been in some type of accident before being resold at a premium. They initially seem friendly and willing to assist you but then ghost you for a week or two, reply to one message, and then ghost you again. It seems like their quality used cars are nothing more than backyard respray jobs. I'm going to lose a lot of money on the trade-in value of this car.
