Bad service at Secunda NTT Nissan

I'm not certified about my car service I came early in the morning around 7 to brought the car for service, mind you i have booked for service before for the day when I come back around 16:00 they told me they are still busy with my car but I saw people I came with they collecting their cars. It's turned out my car was the last one around 17:00 everyone was rushing to knock off and I know even mechanic was rushing . I have noticed people who are special those who have service plan. Since I was going to pay cash I felt like I'm not important anymore.
