Bad Customer Service

I just want to bring it upon your attention that I had a bad experience from one of your sales reps name Anton, I'm not calling him out or hatred or anything but I believe that he can improve his customer service, the level of customer service I received from is not up to standard. In 2017 I bought a Polo vivo from NTT VW Kimberley and I got a best service ever from a gentlemen called Tumelo and me going back to buy again was purely because of the service I got from Tumelo but unfortunately he is no longer with you but Anton was there who didn't even bother to follow up on outstanding documents, I had to call him from to time to follow up, only for him to send a Whatsapp message telling me that the application was declined, when I ask him why was it declined, his response was he doesn't know he will get the finance lady to call me. If I was in his shoes I would like to know why is my client declined so that when I give feedback to the client I would be able to a details feedback and maybe an advice as to what client can do, for example pay off those small credits or whatever needs to be done, that way you can still retain the client for future purchase. From my customer service point of view I give Anton 2 out of 10. And definitely not coming back, I might be just one client but I'm worried how many customers got the same treatment and how are we going to tell our friends, relatives and collogues about this level of service. Just thought I should share this with you, it's all up to you what you are going to do about it.
