Bad business practise

My problem with a tsi 1.4 tiguan is I took it in for using a lot of water, I mean I had fillup the coolant every third day. The vehicle did not overheat I took it to ntt vw east london. I was called to get the vehicle a water pump replaced and that costed R6k. On a second day checked if the problem has been resolved to my surprise the coolant was empty. I took the vehicle in again and I was informed that the vehicle will be taken to engineers and the recomandation from the engineers was that water is being lost somewhere on the top cylinder , so the vehicle was striped and cost for engineers R6k + R43k for labour and parts. Called again to fetch the vehicle. Check it after the fourth day the coolant was empty and I was so frustrated. I took the vehicle in again and this time it had less power this time the turbo had gone and booked it in and this time the turbo replaced at a cost of R30k drove it and power problem resolved the following day coolant empty. Booked the vehicle in again the intake cooler replaced at cost of R10k. Checked it again coolant ok after week coolant ok and its still ok. I am expirianceing other problems now suspect due to unnecessary striping engine noise when its cold and recently one manifold bolt broken. I am planning to take ntt vw to court due to bad business practise, I will communicate this to the rest of the company I mean we are government owned company that gives travel allowance s to its employees.
