Backdoor tactics

The vehicle I was quoted on was different to the one I was sold. The sale person made a change when invoicing my banker but did not communicate that the previous vehicle was sold (23 000Km) and what was left was the vehicle I was sold (34 000).

The smash and grab had air bubbles and the driver's window is not properly covered. there were chips and dent on the rear. The saleperson acted as if everything was fine and i should accept the vehicle as it is. They did not take accountability for their unprofessionalism and the use if backdoor tactics and until this day has not apologised . He keeps on insinuating that the 11 000Km mileage is minute. The radio makes a distorted sound

I have been asking for the link to my warranty and service history but my enquiry has not been met with a response. To say I am dissatisfied customer would be an understatement.
