Audi paarl

The people at Audi paarl is very friendly. We had a few head bumps here and there but after explaining to me in detail what the problem was with my vehicle I understood why my vehicle was in the workshop a long time. The parts manager is open to talking with you if you have a problem and the manager also open into talking if you have problems. The only reason for not giving it a 5 star would be for not explaining the problem to me in the very beginning in detail. They do try and help where they can. Even told me if I cant get a tow in company they will see what they can do from their side. So willing to help and I thank them for that.
