ARROGANT/ ****/ BULLY! NTT Toyota White River.

<p>Please do NOT waste your time at NTT Toyota White River! I recently visited NTT Toyota White River and at first was surprised by their willingness to help me but soon discovered the exact oposite is true. I just bought a new vehicle in gauteng and asked at NTT if they would be willing to help me get my vehicle registered because i live in white river myself. They offered to help and we parted as any other deal would play out. As the days turned into weeks I tried following up a few times after not hearing from them at all, but could never get hold of them. I decided to leave work earley on friday to visit them again to find out what is going on as my permit expired that same day. He could not tell me for certain where my documents are but assured me that i would get my lisence disc the following week and again sead he will phone me which he never did. The sales rep that sold the vehicle to me in gauteng did a follow up on the following monday to find out what the hold up is. He referred the sales rep that sold the vehicle to me to his manager. The manager of NTT then aggressively explaned to her that I "the customer" is arrogant, a **** and bul**** their sales rep into helping me with the registration. The manager then said they refuse to help me because of this. My sales rep then phoned me and told me about everything. I was amazed at how thay can accuse someone of doing all of that when none of it is even remotely true. Having no other option, i went to the dealer to pick up my documents that floated around there for 2 weeks, having no idea of what they might accuse me of or verbally attack me when i ask for my documents or if i will ever see my documents again. Fortunately not the manager nor the sales rep of NTT were there and i asked someone else to get me my documents. I feel they were very unprofessional and i still don't know what i did to deserve being called arrogant, a **** and a bully behind my back</p>
