After market service absolute -0

I purchased a vehicle from the NTT Isuzu branch in Tzaneen. Promises had been made to me regarding my vehicle that is not coming to light. My vehicles brakes is faulty and the sales rep has mentioned that the brakes are almost finished. That being said I have reported this to the DP of the branch, I have reported it to the Manager in the group. I am being told that it will be sorted just to get referred back to the people who do not follow through on their end.

The famous last words of the sales manager at this branch was that he infact loaded extra money on the financing of my vehicle to ensure that they atleast make a decent profit.

Nice to know people make profit out of you but the aftermarket service is not even a zero its worse than that. I cannot recommend someone in good faith to support this group.
