INCOMPITENCE

i went to NNT loans for assistance as i was owing one of the company. so NTT LOANS was going to settle that amount for me , then pay them but they said they need to debit me the amount required before they assist me . the debited 500.00 for six months from October 2021 till march 2022 but they did not settle the amount for me as we agree . and they keep on borrowing me their loans i was taking one month loans until i went to merternity and never got paid i was owing them that one mont loan of r1500.00 the keep on calling me and threating me when i ask about my 3500.00 that they debited on my acc no one is assisting but they are busy calling me for their amount while there are owing me
