Useless and *********** Attorneys. They took my mother's RAF case in 2023. It has now expired without any communication or solid feedback. It's turns out they did not even lodge a claim. They keep ignoring our communications

The respondent failed to perform these instructions, resulting in the application missing its legal deadline and the claim potentially prescribing due to negligence.
Furthermore, the respondent failed to provide any status updates throughout the process. Since the deadline passed, the respondent has completely ceased communication and is intentionally ignoring all phone calls and messages. This total lack of accountability and the abandonment of my legal matter without notice is highly unprofessional and has caused significant prejudice to my case.
