Worst experience at Nt' Shonalanga Lodge

This was the worst experience. What they promote on their website is NOT to how it actually is.

The "SPA" has ***********, rude people working there who also seems to be the waiters in the evening. We were booked for a head, neck and shoulders massage and had to sit on chairs "outside" the spa in front of other guests and receive our massages.

The loadshedding wasn't a problem (13h00-22h00) because the lodge promotes the quietness of nature, BUT at 00h00 loud music kept us awake which came from reception area until after 02h00, then after we went to reception to ask to lower the music, i was advised by Mpho that i can take it up with the owner in the morning because he couldn't care less.

This place will never see us again!
