Worst experience
<p>This is the 1st time I have had such experience that leaves a bad aftertaste.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />What is stated on the website has nothing to do with what we found.</p> <p> </p> <p>Website:NDLOVU and NDLOVUKAZI both sleep two guests each. Both are fully equipped with a kitchenette with fridge. Enjoy the luxury of coffee stations and tea stations as well as crockery and cutlery.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will find air-conditioning and class linen in both units. There is secure parking on site. Outside you can relax on the patio which is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture – the ideal place to unwind.</p> <p> </p> <p>· Upon Arrival, We noticed that there was no coffee and tea station as mentioned on the site. When I contacted the person that manages the accommodation, I am being told it doesn’t come with and I should go on the website to get the owners contact details and call them. When I contacted the owner, she tells me that she never put that on her website, I had to send a screenshot so they can see it is there. Saturday morning we get the coffee (Ricoffy) and was told that tea and sugar will be brought later. Saturday Evening still nothing. Upon request I get the tea (Five roses) but still no sugar…. Basically we ended up leaving on Sunday without the experience of “the luxury of coffee stations and tea stations”.</p> <p>· Crockery and cutlery were practically non-existent and dirty – we had to wash everything before using it</p> <p>· None of the showers were working properly (broken), no HOT water at all, broken toilets, the list goes on</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part of it all is that the guard put in charge of looking after the two houses got in one of the houses through an open window we left. We left on Saturday morning to spend time at the forever resort. On our return we realised that one of the watches we had put in the suitcase was missing. We confronted the guard and told him about the missing watch. The owner, Deliwe gives us her ok to go through the guards things in the wendy house. Nothing found.</p> <p>Upon investigation we find a footprint the bath tub. When we confronted the guard with that evidence he returned 3 hours later with the Watch with a ridiculous story of him having stabbed someone to get the watch.</p> <p>All this was told to the owner Deliwe, and all she can say is that the guard has been working with her for a long time and never has she received complaints about him.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever experience. No one bothered to come and check up on us after the *******.</p>
