DONT USE Ntshebe construction 2015

I would not recommend this Company. They use poor quality equipment. A day after they installed my Jojo Tank. The shut off float vale failed and flooded the Jojo. We lost so much water as this happened when we were not aware. I called them to report this. They me sorry about that but you need a heavy duty shut off float valve. I told them they need to replace the valve at their expense. When they came to replace it i asked for to see the new heavy duty valve before they started. All of a sudden they said they know what happened and they can fix it. The repair lasted 2 hrs. I lost water for a second time. A week later they haven't been back to replace the shut off float valve. I then agreed to pay them to replace the float. I deposited money into their account and since then. They don't even respond to my messages. So not only do they use inferior equipment. They also cannot be trusted. DONT USE THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY
