inflated prices on gloves and masks

spend R2 841 779.00 in items we could have spent less than R500 000.00 on. Porte, portesa and their companies has during the lock down been charging us inflated prices on gloves and masks. The excessive pricing was just too much but I feel they took advantage of the shortages in the country. They have promised a discount and up to this day they have not given us the discount. Government should do something about these small companies taking advantage of people during this difficult time.
