Refund

Hi I had a bad experience with NTI Hammanskral, On the 29th of July I went to book and pay for a bus services for the 23rd of September 2017, On the day before which was the 22nd of September at about 2PM I went there just to confirm and I found out that their bus drivers are on strike and they didn't even bother to let us know to make other arrangements, and on the day the services was never rendered so I want my Refund back and the person that I'm communicating with via e-mail he is not responding to my e-mails any more. Their Finance department send me an e-mail saying they wrote a cheque for my refund and I should communicate with him, and I have but no answer.

Please help me to get my refund this week is the 3rd week ending
