No house plan received from Nthumeni Architecture

I received no house plan drawings from the company after making the full payment as per their quotation. First I gave them my requirements of the house plan I wanted, they called me to discuss the requirements and said they will start right away with the plan, they disappeared for a good couple of months, I tried getting hold of them through their business number to no avail, I would get texts back either saying in a meeting or driving and will get back to me however they never did and went quite.

Then I went onto their Instagram page and DM(ed) them, they then rep**** and said the business phone got lost and provided a new number that was in use and all (which was strange as my contact details were included in the quotation they sent me during my consultation with them).

We proceeded with process and they sent me samples of the house plan, I requested changes and we scheduled a face to face meeting for them to die liver the house plan. Payments were made and they never showed up on the set day to deliver the house plan.

Another reason was given, requested for the date to be rescheduled and still didn’t show on the new date. The company started ignoring my emails, texts and phone calls to date.

This is so unprofessional and still no house plan was delivered to date.
